Brose presentes with SAP Innovator Award 2005

Copenhagen/Coburg (13.05.2005). This is the first time that SAP Deutschland AG has awarded the SAP Automotive Innovation Prize to an automotive supplier for its top-notch implementation of SAP software in the company’s own everyday operational activities.

During the European SAP customer event SAPphire in Copenhagen, Michael Stoschek, President and CEO of the Brose Group, accepted the prize from Shai Agassi, SAP’s board member for development.

The award was presented in recognition of the exemplary collaboration during the worldwide introduction of the standard software SAP/R3 as well as the development of an innovative software solution designed to regulate the just-in-sequence production of door systems, now acclaimed as a standard in the automotive industry.

The international automotive supplier Brose decided in 1998 to start collaborating with the software specialists and market leader SAP.
