The Shiroki-Brose Corporation is the Brose Group’s first German-Japanese joint venture. The company, in which both partners, Brose and Shiroki Corporation, Toyokawa, have a 50% stake, began business in March 2002.
The joint venture is engaged in the development and production of window regulators, seat adjusters and door systems for Japanese automakers.
Moreover, both parent companies work in close collaboration on product developments intended for use in the Japanese automakers’ vehicle platforms produced worldwide.
