Production Plants and Joint Ventures
In Chicago, some 250 miles west of the North American Headquarter in Detroit, Brose has a door system production facility. Since July 2004, door systems have been produced for Ford's new "Family Car" series and supplied on a just-in-sequence basis to the Ford plant two kilometers away.
Since 2005, Brose Chicago Inc. has been producing door systems for a Mitsubishi car model which is built in the State of Illinois.
There are approx. 100 employees working for Brose in Chicago.
