The team organizes multiple day “look and see” trips to allow employees and their families to form initial impressions of living conditions and to orient themselves in the country of the posting; equally important considerations include intercultural training and needs-based language courses.
Our Human Resources employees naturally maintain regular contact with our expatriates during their time abroad and start planning to prepare their return generally one year before the end of the posting. The timely planning guarantees a smooth re-integration to the new workplace and social setting at the home location.
