At the beginning of 2005 the Brose Group opened the Canadian production facilities in the Forest City Industrial Park in London/Ontario. Seat adjusters as well as door and closure systems for the North American market are produced in the plant. London is located halfway between Detroit and Toronto, not far from the world-famous Niagara Falls.
A typically Canadian fusion of cultures characterizes the style of life in the park-filled university city. With around 350,000 residents, London’s broad palette of schools, cultural and leisure activities rival the selection in nearby Montreal; however, due to the city’s comparatively small size, the cost of living is lower and the quality of life is higher in London.
