First in Training (FIT) – A Special Opportunity for Direct Entry
Our FIT (First In Training) programme offers you a special opportunity for direct entry. We will get you FIT to take on additional responsibility within our corporate group over the course of an orientation period that lasts several months and is matched to your skills.
You can apply to join our FIT programme...
... if you have already gained some initial experience in the functional area in which you want to work but do not yet meet the requirements of a specific position which interests you.
Individual, cross-functional orientation
We will help you to make the best start possible. You will take part in an individually designed orientation programme lasting approximately nine months, which will specifically prepare you for your new position across the various functional areas.
You will perform various different roles relevant to your operational area. Your supervisor and an employee from the human resources department will work with you to define your individual orientation plan. This will be adjusted to your previous experience and the qualification targets which you will be expected to reach during the individual stages of the programme.
You will also regularly discuss your goals with your supervisor, allowing you to play an active role in shaping the start of your career with Brose. You will gradually take on your desired role after six months at the latest. During your initial period on the job, you will be supported by experienced staff. Generally, you will continue to work with closely these people once your orientation period has finished.
Interested? Now it's your turn.
A selection of open positions can be accessed at job opportunities.
