Brose Kids Club: A great offer for our employees

Career or children? We do not see them as two different worlds. With our constant family-conscious HR policy, we ensure that our staff can strike a balance between their private life and occupation. That is why Brose is continuously building its range of location-specific solutions that are tailored to the company and are intended to help employees reconcile family and work.

A new and key element of the Brose Organizational Model is the Brose Kids Club, which was initially established at our largest site in Coburg and opened its doors in January 2010.

In this innovative social institution, which is unique in the Franconia region, we offer our employees’ children the chance to enjoy a wide range of educational and handicraft opportunities in the fields of science, languages and culture, interesting courses and great opportunities to play. This diverse portfolio is aimed at specific target groups of children and young people aged 6 to 18.

Children in the Kids Club are looked after by qualified, experienced educationalists, who plan the courses with the needs of parents in mind and continuously develop what the club has to offer. There is a new program every three months.
 
The experience the company gains from the Kids Club in Coburg is to be used to develop this model further and applied at further locations.
