Our Brose Academy makes an important contribution towards maintaining Brose’s competitiveness and innovative ability by training and developing young talents. We pursue the long-range objective of filling two thirds of all open positions with internal placements. To achieve this we offer our employees made-to-measure development opportunities so that they can acquire the qualifications necessary for assuming more responsible positions.
Our ambitious international trainee program offers graduates an extremely challenging and eventful start to their chosen profession.
Over 15 months graduates receive training in the functional areas, business divisions and plants in their field, handle projects on their own – also in related departments – and participate in made-to-measure seminars.
International programs for specialists and managers
We identify high potentials in the Group and offer them an international development program. The program teaches tools and methods that equip participants to assume more responsible duties within the Brose Group.
For both new and experienced managers, we offer an international executive development program which imparts Brose-specific leadership principles to these target groups. At the same time the program ensures that a common understanding of leadership is furthered and practiced throughout the Group.
